On the 30th of June, Louise and Tony with Daniel’s help presented their work and research to assess whether they have achieved the 4th Kyu Level. Each of them had 15 minutes to demonstrate their knowledge in the following areas:
Junomichi (Martial Judo):
– Fundamentals of Shime and Kansetsu waza
– Randori with a focus on hara
– Application of Ne waza techniques related to Tachi waza
Jujitsu:
– Connection between Atemi Waza and Tachi Waza, along with an introduction to Kansetsu waza
– Study of Kime No kata (Idori Waza)
The session concluded with their first Shiai.
